The Carson sisters, Drew (21) and Ally (19) are Show Jumpers based on their family dairy farm with their team of horses in the South Waikato of New Zealand. The girls have been riding for 16 years, they dabbled in a range of disciplines and then specialized in show jumping around 6 years ago. Drew and Ally both enjoy working with, and developing enduring partnerships with their horses and you may have seen them on the NZ TV show Young Riders.
The Carson sisters have had great success with their horses over the years and here are some of their most memorable placings:
Drew: – NZ Young Rider of the Year at Horse Of the Year 2017 – 6th Taupo World Cup 2019 – 6th Dannevirke World Cup final and the best performed first season World Cup horse 2020 – 3rd Lady Rider of the Year, HOY 2020 – 7th NZ Olympic Cup, HOY 2020
Ally: – North Island Junior Rider Champion 2019 – 4th in her first Grand Prix start 2019 – Pony of the Year 2016 – NZ National Pony Championship Winner 2016
