Terms & Conditions

Shipping:

Shipping on small items is through Australia Post and estimated dispatch within 1-3 days with delivery 2-4 days.
Shipping on large items (Activo Med therapy system, Solariums) is via courier and will be quoted based on your location. Estimated delivery 4-10 days.
Transportation on large equipment (Treadmills, Spas etc) is dependent on incoming freight, your order date and location. This will be determined and agreed prior to your final payment.

Refunds:

Refunds are not available on all products.
Activo Med Therapy Systems where a trial insurance (14 day money back guarantee) was purchased are able to be returned within 14 days providing training has been undertaken and product is in near new condition.

Exchange:

Exchanges may be possible if a product does not suit your needs. Store credit will be provided on new or as new items providing they are in a condition to enable them to be re-sold in as new condition.
Where a product is slightly used, this may be negotiated based on our current second hand market, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
