We recommend yearly servicing of your Activo-Med Therapy System to prolong its lifespan.

We have loan rugs available so there is minimal impact to your horse’s regular treatments.

RUG SERVICING INCLUDES:

Full wash and clean
Tightening of all plugs, assessment of pins and ports
Full controller assessment
Battery and charger testing
Each massage module and PEMF is closely examined to ensure all wiring is in good order and the components are working properly
Re-programming of the controller back to factory settings
New Program booklets and information
Return Shipping
Any faults found on assessment can be repaired quickly however, this is an added cost and you will be notified before any work is carried out.
