Activo-Med Therapy System Servicing

We recommend yearly servicing of your Activo-Med Therapy System to prolong its lifespan. We have loan rugs available so there is minimal impact to your horse’s regular treatments.

Rug servicing includes:

• Full wash and clean
• Tightening of all plugs, assessment of pins and ports
• Full controller assessment
• Battery and charger testing
• Each massage module and PEMF is closely examined to ensure all wiring is in good order and the components are working properly
• Re-programming of the controller back to factory settings
• New Program booklets and information
• Return Shipping
• Any faults found on assessment can be repaired quickly however, this is an added cost and you will be notified before any work is carried out.
