Activo-Med leg wraps are supplied in pairs and are available with pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy, massage therapy or a combination of the two.
The control box and battery is attached to the surcingle provided. Leg wrap cables are plugged into the control box which is supplied with pre-set programs and settings, but these can be adjusted to suit the horses requirements.
The leg wraps can be bought as a ‘system’ which includes a control box, battery and charger or they can be bought as components if you already own an Activo-Med rug, as they will run off the same control box.
For tendon and ligament strains kicks, bumps and bruises, stiffness and arthritis, general prevention and recovery post exercise.
